Refunds & Return Policy

Our Commitment:
Apex Business Group is committed to delivering services professionally and as agreed. However, due to the nature of consultancy and regulatory services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • If services are not initiated within 7 business days of payment
  • If a critical delay is caused solely by our team (excluding government processing delays)

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Services already rendered (e.g., license application, document submission)
  • Delays caused by client-side inaction or incorrect information
  • Government fees or third-party charges

3. Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please email sohil@apexbusinesspartner.com with your payment reference, reason for the request, and supporting documents. Refund decisions are made within 5–7 working days.
